A little over two weeks to Rt. 66 and I am starting this blog. It'll be my first official blog (not including the picture blog on flckr during the 2006 Rt. 66).
Last weekend I did Solvang double. Though I did take my time and got a chair massage along the way in Morro Bay at mile 104, I did feel good throughout the ride. During the ride, I thought a lot about being on the road again. I can't wait to get back into the saddle, ride through the California desert, Arizona high country and the mesas of New Mexico. The tour starts in Santa Monica and ends in Amarillo, TX.
