After a say of intense heat and traffic, I woke up to 65 degrees at 7 AM. We knew it was going to be another warm day. In addition the wind was really strong in our face. Today’s ride was not very pleasant. Tomorrow is a shorter day (52 miles) to Ludlow and a trip to Bagdad Café (of the movie with the same name). There probably will not be any connectivity so I may be off the blog for a couple of days.
We made a stop at the Summit Inn on Cajon Pass, one of the Rt 66 favs. Aslo we made a quick stop at the Rt. 66 Museum in Victorville.
